Josh Van Der Flier will win his 50th Leinster cap in tomorrow's clash against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontain.
Among the changes to Leo Cullen's side, Luke McGrath and Fergus McFadden have been ruled out of the game with respective arm and hamstring injuries, and both have flown back to Dublin to recover. Jamison Gibson-Park and Barry Daly come in their place.
Elsewhere, James Ryan is also out of the game with a foot injury, and Mick Kearney comes in to partner Ross Molony in the second-row.
The team also sees a new front-row to the one that beat the Southern Kings last weekend.
