A man charged with the murder of Michael Tormey in Ballyfermot in Dublin, has been further remanded in custody to appear again in two weeks.
The 49 year old victim was found on his driveway at Thomond Road at about 4.30am on January 9th.
The married father of three suffered gunshot wounds to his back and chest, while his wife and a young child were in the house at the time of the attack.
Christopher Devine, of Convent Lawns in Ballyfermot, was charged with his murder and was remanded in custody following a court appearance last week.
The unemployed man was granted legal aid, and faced his second hearing today at Cloverhill District Court, where he remained silent.
He's due back in court on February 9th.
