Met Éireann has issued a weather advisory ahead of record-breaking temperatures next week.
Temperatures could exceed 30 degrees in some parts of the country.
The high-temperature warning runs from Sunday to Wednesday next week.
The forecaster is warning of uncomfortable temperatures at night too.

Back in 2006, the highest ever temperature in Ireland was recorded in Roscommon.
That day it reached 32 degrees, and that could become a possibility next week.
Temperatures are soaring across Europe, with over 40-degree weather expected in France and Spain.
People are being advised to stay hydrated, slap on sunscreen and be mindful of pets.
