Michael Bublé has pulled out of hosting next month's Brit Awards in order to take care of his 3-year-old son Noah, who is battling liver cancer. After being announced as the host in October (before Noah's diagnosis) it was unclear whether he would go ahead with the gig or not.
According to Digital Spy, producers of the show "completely understand" his decision, with bosses currently on the hunt for a new host.
Digital Spy are also reporting that Noah is currently undergoing chemotherapy in LA and has reportedly been given a 90% chance of survival. He was deemed well enough to spend Christmas at home after completing the first stage of his cancer treatment.
