The roles will be across its EMEA digital sales team.
It'll bring the number of people employed by Microsoft here to 2,800.
It also unveiled a new Microsoft Sales Academy.
The academy will recruit 25 people with little to no digital skills to establish a career in the online industry.
The company says it hopes to fill all of its positions by May 2021.
It's seeking applicants in a number of areas including sales, account executives and cloud solution architects.
It's also seeking candidates with fluency in a number of European languages.
Managing Director at Microsoft Ireland, Cathriona Hallahan, hopes to fill the positions immediately:
These roles in digital sales are really focused on providing organisations across Ireland, Europe, Middle East and Africa with new digital technologies that they need to navigate the pandemic and transform their businesses for the future."
