The Minister for Finance says he's "appalled" at the number of people meeting up to drink in public spaces.
Yesterday evening, large crowds of people met to socialise in Dublin city - along the Grand Canal, Dartry Park and St Stephen's Green.
At the same time, the Taoiseach Micheál Martin gave his address to the nation.
This was St Stephen’s Green yesterday evening as I walked through it; this was around the time Michàel Martin was addressing the nation, telling us that two households will be able to meet outdoors from April 12th.

In it, he said people from two households can meet outdoors from April 12th.
Paschal Donohoe was not happy about the people who are unwilling to wait.
"They are appalling scenes, it's exactly that kind of behaviour that runs the risk of unravelling the progress that we are making," he said.

Minister Donohoe said these actions make it "even more difficult to get to a better place" when dealing with Covid-19.
Crowds dispersed as night set in, with online images showing the cans, bottles and rubbish left behind.
