The plans are expected to be finalised in the coming days.
A payment scheme for those housing Ukrainian refugees looks set to be wrapped up this week.
A special cabinet sub-committee meeting dealing with matters relating to the war in Ukraine takes place on Thursday.
They are set to sign off on plans for a payment of 400 euro per month when it meets on Thursday.
Once that occurs, it will then go to cabinet for approval next week.

The Irish Independent reports the monthly payment is to help offset additional energy and living costs.
They say it won't take into account how many people are housed in each household.
Figures from the Department of Social Protection last week showed more than 27,000 refugees have fled to Ireland.
Of the Ukrainians that have arrived in Ireland, it's estimated around 14,000 are of working age.
Up to 80 per cent are women or children with most kids under the age of three.
