Britain's Prince Andrew is facing allegations of sexual abuse, after a lawsuit was filed in the US this morning.
It alleges the Duke of York abused Virginia Giuffre on three occasions over 20 years ago, which he has always denied.
Mrs Giuffre, a victim of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was just 17 at the time.
Sky's Royal Correspondent Rhiannon Mills says the allegations against the Duke of York just won't go away:
"It's going to be interesting to see what response we have from his lawyers."
As it is a civil case, the Royal can't be extradited to face the allegations.
Two years ago, Prince Andrew carried out an interview with BBC Newsnight, where he addressed a widely-circulated photo of the pair.
The Duke and Buckingham Palace have offered no comment on the latest developments.
