One Person Dead After Vehicle Hits Pedestrians In NY Times Square

One person has died after a vehicle hit pedestrians in New York's Times Square. 

12 others have been injured in the incident. 

Police say that one man is in custody. 

One of those who were hurt say that the driver's actions appeared to be intentional.
