Gardai are continuing their inquiries into the death of a woman and her two children in south Dublin.
Post mortem examinations on the three bodies are due to take place today.
37 year old Seema Banu, her 11 year old daughter Affira and six year old son Fazan were found in a house in Llewellyn Court in Ballinteer yesterday morning.
They had arrived to the area in the last year, and neighbours became concerned when they hadn't been seen for a number of days.
Locals expressed their shock at the discovery yesterday, especially considering children were involved.
ISPCC Appeal To Parents To Check In With Children
The ISPCC is asking parents to check in with their own children to see how they are processing the news.
"Assume that your child has seen the news through TV or through discussions with friends or even they might have known the children at school," said CEO John Church.
He's asking parents to start the discussion: "Just ask the child how they are doing," he said.
Gardai continue to treat the deaths as unexplained, however they have put resources in place for a murder inquiry.
They have made contact with a man connected to the family, but no arrests have been made.
The results of the post mortem will determine the course of their investigation.
