Penneys has been closed since March due to COVID-19
Penneys reopens the doors of 16 shops today, as the country continues to come out of lockdown.
Social distancing measures will be in place, while the amount of customers allowed in stores will be limited.
Fitting rooms and make-up counters will be off limits.
CEO of Primark, which owns Penneys, Paul Marchant says:
"We have really missed our customers in Ireland, and we are delighted to be back open from tomorrow.
"We have worked hard to make sure that clear signage and extra help will be there to guide them through the changes we have made to allow for social distancing.
On-street stores will reopen today, while their outlets in shopping centres will reopen next week.
