Gardai have arrested three men after a huge drugs and firearms bust as part of an investigation into organised crime in Dublin
Around 4 million euro worth of cannabis and heroin were seized following the searches in the Ballyfermot Parade area yesterday.
Also taken in the raids was a sawn off shotgun as well as a semi automatic pistol.
Drug equipment, a vacuum packing machine and a cash counter were also discovered.
Three men aged in their 30s and 40s were arrested in the South Inner City after follow-up searches.
They are being held at Ballyfermot and Clondalkin Garda Stations.
