Police confirm at least 30 people are now known to have died in the London Tower fire.

They also say 12 people are still in a critical condition in hospital.

Fire safety concerns had been raised by tenants about the building in the past, and that refurbishments had been made on the tower as recently as last year.

100 medics were on scene and 200 firefighters tackled the blaze near White City.

Donations are pouring in for survivors left homeless. Last night, artists held a benefit concert in Shepherd's Bush to raise money for those affected.
