The Housing Minister says he is "disgusted" by a protest outside of Leo Varadkar’s home.
Gardaí attended the demonstration outside the Tánaiste’s house yesterday afternoon.
About 25 people were present, with several holding placards displaying false anti-vaccine messages.
A video has circulated of the small demonstration on social media, where homophobic language can be heard.
Darragh O’Brien says the protestors behaved disgracefully.
"There's no place for that kind of hatred in this country," says O'Brien.
He says this type of behaviour has crept into Ireland over the last couple of years.
Sinn Féin Leader, Mary Lou McDonald described what happened as "bigoted" and "shameful"
The homophobic, bigoted intimidation witnessed at the home of Leo Varadkar today is outrageous and shameful. The perpetrators must be held to account.

A similar protests was held outside the home of the Health Minister, Stephen Donnelly previously.
Fine Gael TD Neale Richmond says the event that took place outside Varadkar's home yesterday wasn’t a protest but ‘a vile act of intimidation’.
"I think its something that we need to reflect on as a society more widely, in the way we talk to each other and the way we condemn our political leaders and remember that our words do have consequences."
The Dublin TD says there's "a level of concern" amongst politicians and their families.
