Britain's Prince Andrew has reached an out of court settlement with Virginia Giuffre - the woman who's accused him of abusing her.
The Duke of York has always denied sexually assaulting her as a teenager.
He'd faced a civil trial in New York - something his legal team had been fighting.
The Prince says he is going to make a charitable donation in support of victims' rights and that he regrets his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
