Sean Cox
Liverpool football club's chief executive took a moment ahead of last night's celebrations to pay tribute to Sean Cox.
Chelsea's victory over Manchester City last night means the Merseysiders have won the League for the first time since 1990.
As the final whistle blew in at Stamford Bridge in London, Liverpool fans were awash with joy.
Their first League title in 30 years.
One man in Ireland is loving every moment of this...thinking of you this evening Sean. You'll Never, Ever, Walk Alone pic.twitter.com/J1jCb3hTXj

Liverpool CEO Peter Moore wasn't thinking of celebrating just yet though.
The match over at Chelsea had only just ended and Peter took to social media with a short but sweet tribute for Sean Cox.
Sean suffered life changing injuries when he was attacked by opposing fans while at a Liverpool match back in 2018.
Number 19 is finally here. It’s for our millions of fans, near and far...we miss you. It’s for the Reds that fell to the virus. It’s for my dad, who first took me to Anfield in 1959. It’s for Sean Cox, smiling in Ireland right now. And it’s for the 96, who will never be forgotten

Peter wrote: "One man in Ireland is loving every moment of this. Thinking of you this evening Sean.
A photo of Sean was attached to that tweet, draped in a Liverpool duvet that has the club's famous "You'll never walk alone" written as Gaeilge.
Over 250 people also responded to Peter's post with messages of support.
But the tone of every one was exactly the same: You'll never walk alone.
