The body that runs Dublin Airport says it's focus right now is getting back on track after an appeal was lodged over it's tolling plan.
The DAA was given the green light last month to install a system allowing it to charge for picking up and dropping off passengers.
A local councillor Joe Newman is appealing the decision to An Bord Pleanála.
"Money Grab"
Senator Emer Currie supports the appeal and says it shouldn't go ahead until better transport links are available.
"We should definitely be encouraging people to do that but at the moment they don't have the choice.
"I said this in my submission, it reduces that personal touch to a money grab."
The DAA says it notes the appeal but is looking ahead to the restoration of efficient operations as passenger numbers rebound after the pandemic.
