The father of one of the children shot dead in Texas this week says his daughter died while trying to phone the police.
10 year old Amerie Jo Garza was among 19 children and 2 adults who were killed by a gunman in Uvalde.
Amerie's father Angel tells CNN his daughter was a wonderful girl:
"She was so sweet."
"She was the sweetest little girl who did nothing wrong."
"She listened to her mommy and daddy, she always brushed her teeth, she was creative, she made things for us, she never got into trouble in school."
"I just want to know what she did to be a victim."

Families Angry At Police
Some families whose children were killed in the Texas school shooting say they're angry about how long it took police to storm the building.
Officials admit Salvador Ramos was barricaded inside a classroom at Robb Elementary School in Ulvade ((pron: you-val-dee)) for 40 minutes to an hour.
During that time, he murdered 19 children and two teachers.
Cathy Ramirez's son returned home safe and well, but feels for those families that weren't so lucky:
"I was so grateful but... But I'm literally a mess thinking of all the other parents who didn't get to do that."
