Yesterday evening, July 20th, reports emerged that Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington had died, aged 41.
Chester was found dead at his residence at the Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles. His death is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Coroner's office.
He leaves behind six children with his wife Talinda Bentley, ex wife Samantha Olit and ex partner Elka Brand.
Since the news broke of Chester's death, tributes have been pouring in from stars and fans on social media.
Fellow Linkin Park bandmember Mike Shinoda confirmed the news. He tweeted 'Shocked and heartbroken, but it's true. An official statement will come out as soon as we have one.'
