42 per cent of employees said retirement was high on their list of priorities.
Flexibility in the workplace was also seen as a bonus.

The survey also found that employees' well-being and job benefits are important factors.
Employee experience leader Sarah McDonough says benefits can be a range of things.
"Things like pensions, health insurance etc, play a really important role," she says.
"When benefits match employee's needs, employees are twice as likely to stay with their current employer."
