Tara Palmer Tomkinson has been found dead in her flat, in London. She was aged 45.
The model and TV presenter recently announced that she had a secret year-long battle with a brain tumour.
Doctors had noticed the tumour in January 2016, however it's been reported she only started receiving treatment last month.
Police are treating the death as 'unexplained' but it isn't being treated as suspicious.
She took part in the very first season of "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!" in 2002, where she finished as a runner up to Tony Blackburn.
In 2005, she took on a behind-the-scenes presenting role for the I'm A Celeb spin-off series 'I'm A Celebrity..Get Me Out Of Here! Now"
