Almost 15,000 people are going to have their driving convictions overturned because of a Garda mistake.
It meant nearly 150,000 offenders were given a court summons instead of just a fine.
All the cases will be appealed in court over the next few months and will be overturned.
It's also been revealed nearly 1 million breath tests which never took place were logged into the Pulse system, but Gardai have revealed they don't know how that happened.
