Tinder to restrict those lying about height in new feature
Tinder has revealed plans to introduce a new feature to stop people lying about their height.
The dating app is introducing a 'height verification badge' as a result of complaints about people giving themselves a few extra inches.
It has described it as 'the thing you never asked for, but definitely always wanted'.

According to it's official blog, they're expecting an 80% drop of males who claim to be over 6ft tall.
The practice of lying about your height is being referred to as 'height-fishing', with the dating app adding 'the charade must stop'.
