It looks like construction on Dublin's tallest office building may go ahead as receivers move to appoint a building contractor.
The Exo will be located in the Docklands directly outside the 3Arena and will stand at 73 meters tall.
The build is estimated to cost €70 million and will take approximately two years to complete.
Once finished, the office block will accommodate 2000 employees.
