The Blackpool FC footballer has received support from across the globe.
17-year-old Jake Daniels has received thousands of messages of support after coming out as gay.
He's become the only currently active male professional footballer in Britain to do so.
Daniels said he has received 'amazing support' from his teammates after informing them of his sexuality.
"I asked myself if I should wait until I've retired to come out. No other player in the professional game here is out," he told Sky Sports.
"However, I knew that would lead to a long time of lying and not being able to be myself or lead the life that I want to."
I don’t think this season could have gone any better for me in terms of development

All 20 Premier League clubs showed their support for the player with comments on a post by Blackpool FC on Twitter.
A slew of other clubs from around the world, including hundreds of professional footballers, paid tribute to Daniels.
Here at home, Republic of Ireland captain Katie McCabe said it showed 'incredible courage'.
"I’ve no doubt this will inspire so many more people," she continued. McCabe is in a relationship with teammate Ruesha Littlejohn.
The likes of Panti Bliss, Eddie Izzard and other prominent members of the gay community were also vocal in support.
