The first of two funerals following a crash in Galway on Easter Monday has taken place.
14-year-old Kirsty Bohan has been remembered as a talented artist and someone who loved life at her funeral mass today.
She was killed alongside 14-year-old Lukas Joyce in a crash outside Headford on Easter Monday morning.
Two other teenagers - who were also in the car - are still being treated for their injuries in hospital.
Speaking at her funeral mass in Headford this morning, Father Dixie Faber said she will be dearly missed by those who loved her:
She loved life, just very creative.
Very much talented. But not very much academic, as Jenny told yesterday.
The priest continued to say Kirsty "loved the company of her friends."
