A man will appear in court this morning after Gardaí seized 19 dogs in Co. Limerick earlier his year.
Gardaí searched a house in the Pallasgreen area on the 17th of January.
The dogs included 15 Pit Bull Terriers, two Alsatians and two Rottweilers.
The man, aged in his 30s, is due to appear before Kilmallock District Court this morning.
The dogs are currently in the care of a dog shelter in the Southern Region.
They are receiving care and medical attention.
