A fresh supermarket price-war could be on the cards, as Tesco is to cut prices.
The chain has announced it'll cut its prices by around 10% for over 700 products.
The Irish Independent reports other supermarkets are now reviewing their prices, as grocery costs reach record levels of inflation.
It follows a cut to own-brand bread, milk and butter last month across the main chains.
