Gardaí in Kerry have launched a witness appeal after a man in his 40s died in a crash near Abbeydorney.
It happened at Aulaneduff, at about 21:15 last night.
A woman in her 30s suffered non life threatening injuries in the crash.
She was taken to University Hospital Kerry by ambulance for treatment.
The man's body will be removed to University Hospital Kerry for a post mortem to take place.
Gardaí in Tralee Garda Station are keen to speak with anyone who can help them in their investigation.
Anyone who passed by between 21:00 and 21:30 last night and who has camera footage from the road is asked to get in touch.
