Up and coming Dublin pop queen Pastiche joined Sarina on The Bellissimo Files today.
The 22-year-old has just released her second single Heaven and we are absolutely loving it!

Pastiche spoke to Sarina about the pop scene in Dublin and how there's not as many artists pursuing pure pop compared to other genres.
They both agreed that we need more uplifting pop in our lives right now and that's just what Heaven brings us!

With a musical theatre background, Pastiche decided to study music at college. She did her thesis on Madonna which she says tells you everything you need to know about her!
She's passionate about owning her work and prefers to call herself an artist than a singer, as her experience means she's doing almost all of the creative work herself.
From writing to producing, make up to staging, she loves being hands on in what she puts out.

It was in college Pastiche also came up with her stage name.
Speaking about where it came from she said she found it empowering to create her own persona and took inspiration from drag names!
She also explained the interesting origin of the word too.
