Rachel Maguire
The words Fast Fashion and Sustainable Fashion are used a lot today but what do they actually mean?
Fashion enthusiast Rachel Maguire joined Sarina on today’s Plan B.
She broke down the terms of fast fashion and shared some easy tips for how we can become more environmentally aware when filling our wardrobe.
Fashion over the years

Nowadays, it’s becoming the norm to have a different outfit every time we go out or put up an Instagram post – causing major landfill and environmental issues.
Charity Shops
Rachel shared some easy tips on how we can reduce our environmental impact when shopping.
Buying from your local charity shop is one of the ways.
The outfit that Rachel wore into studio was completely made up of finds from local charity shops.
