She has even taken the company to Paradiso Art Hotel in Ibiza.

But even with her bust schedule Kristina has still taken the time to create her Braid Like Me workshops.
The workshops take place in Ireland and the UK and teach aspiring hair stylists that skills they need to be a Sparkle Pony.

Kristina shared her journey of building her own business and how she created her own success.
She admitted that although her life may look full of glitz and glam that it is not all there is to it.

She stressed that Instagram can be a misleading place and nobody see the hard work that is done behind the scenes.
