A range of supports are being made available to homes and businesses affected by severe flooding in Cork and Waterford.
Communities are today assessing the damage which resulted from a month's rainfall falling in the space of 24 hours.
Midleton and Glanmire in Cork were among the worst affected areas.
Flooding inside shop in Midleton, more awful images still being shared after a terrible day in parts of the South. Really hope we don’t see another event like this soon but sadly they are becoming more likely and a tough few months again.

Tánaiste Michael Martin has praised the response of workers and volunteers to the floods:
"We're deeply concerned over what has transpired," he said.
The Tánaiste thanked people "particularly in Midleton" who responded.
