Game Terms

The selected entrant will be given twenty-five seconds to name the title and artist(s) of up to five selected songs. Only the correct title and artist(s) of a song will be accepted. The producer’s decision is final.

After each correct answer, the clock will be paused, the entrant will then continue to play and attempt to identify the next song and artist(s) with the time left on the clock. If the timer runs out, and the entrant has not identified the current next song and artist(s), the entrant will win nothing

If an entrant correctly identifies 5 song titles and artists within 25 seconds, they will then win the grand prize.

If we suspect that you have cheated in order to identify the name of any of the songs or artists (including, but not limited to; using an internet search engine or song identifier app) we may disqualify you.

We may publish your name and audio from game rounds onto our social media channels for promotion of the game.

Any costs or expenditure accrued by winning the prize (including but not limited to travel and accommodation) is not covered.

The prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable

You must be over the age of 16 to play

When entering, you give SPIN1038 the right to share your contact details with Three Ireland.

Prizes

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be given or assigned to another person. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. SPIN may, in its sole discretion, substitute a reasonable alternative for any of the prizes at any time.

• SPIN does not accept any liability for claims of prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by you. Please allow up to 28 working daysfor your prize to be available for collection or to be delivered. The majority of prizes are delivered by post (usually via the An Post service). Some prizes must be collected from our offices, which are open weekdays from 08.30-17.30. You must have photo ID when collecting a prize. You will be contacted by phone, text message or email once your prize is available for collection. Please note that some prizes, such as concert tickets, may not be available until closer to the date of the gig. Once you have received notification that your prize is available for collection, you must do so within three (3) months. Any uncollected prizes will be re-allocated and your claim will be invalid. In the case of prizes in the form of free tickets, ticket holders shall be bound by the event promoter's terms and conditions together with those set out on the ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue.
• In the case of prizes in the form of addition to the "free list" or "guest list" of the event promoter you must arrive and gain admittance to the venue at the published start time of the event. Late admission to an event is at the event promoters’ discretion. All Guest List admission shall be bound by the event promoter's terms and conditions together with those set out on the actual ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue.
• SPIN1038  will not be responsible for replacing a prize if a concert or ticketed event has been awarded as a prize and the concert or event is cancelled or postponed.

The Prize

• The prize winner will win either a 3Arena ‘Gold Card’ or a ‘3Olympia’ gold card. Winners cannot choose which one they would rather win.
• 3Arena Prize - Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to 4x 3Arena Shows per month for a period of 12 months from the date of win. Winners will also gain access to the 3Plus lounge in 3Arena.
• 3Olympia Prize - Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to 4x 3Olmypia Shows per month for a period of 12 months from the date of win.
• 3Plus Lounge is a licensed bar and we follow usual licensing rules, specifically if you're under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
• Each winner will receive tickets to a max of 4 shows per month for a period of 12 months from the date that each winner is chosen.
• Tickets will all be guestlist so, each winner must submit their chosen gigs for the following month at a minimum of 5 working days before the beginning of each month to confirm availability for their chosen gigs i.e gigs for Oct to be submitted on 25^th of Sept.
• Each winner must submit 8 preferred choices at each selection, so we can be assured to have tickets at least 4 to fulfil prize.

• All information provided to SPIN 1038 will be held in accordance with the Data protection laws of Ireland. Please refer to our privacy policy.

Method: Entrant messages when prompted at 8am to enter, one person will be selected and called back to play the game.
